2011 BIBA Awards

Nigel and his team were delighted to be involved in the 2011 BIBA Awards held at the Tower Ballroom.

Its the County's biggest and most prestigious business awards and its when the North & Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce choose the very best examples of business success stories. Hailed as the 'award they all want to win', the'BIBA's 2011'  is the most ambitious business awards programme of its kind in the North West.

The Villa Outside catering team served over 700 guests with a fabulous menu of two ways with salmon confit smoked with Formby asparagus, followed by breast of Goosnargh chicken with pressed Anna potatoes and a passion fruit crème brulee with seasonal raspberries.
