To ensure that each “graduate” receives personal attention, spaces at each school are strictly limited to a maximum of eight people, meaning that Nigel can pace each master class to reflect an individual’s skill levels ensuring that everyone feels involved and no one will feel embarrassed. The cookery school is a hands on experience, so you always have the opportunity to try it yourself, refine your own skills and learn those little tricks of the trade.
